Conference Registration
Please read the instruction below carefully before process for
your registration.
In order to participate in the conference of IECON 2023, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. The registered paper must be presented at the conference. Each Full registration may register up to one papers. Each additional paper incurs a fee of SGD 300 per paper, limited to a maximum of two additional papers. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of SGD 150 per page.
Author registration payment must be made and final pdf and eCopyright form must be uploaded by August 27, 2023; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Early Bird Registration, IEEE IES and IEEE Member
Authors who make their payment by August 31, 2023 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
IEEE IES members and IEEE members will receive a discount on the registration fee.
Conference Registration Fees - For IECON 2023 and ICELIE 2023
Full registrations include the registration of 1 paper. Additional papers for a single registration come with an additional fee, and access to the full conference including the workshops, special events, tutorials, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and Gala-dinner.
Student registrations includes access to the full conference including the workshops, special events, tutorials, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception but does not include paper registration and Gala-dinner.
Life-Member registrations do not include paper registration!

Special Event Registration Fees - For INTEROP, Workshops, Tutorials and Special Events
These registrations give you access to the special events only. This includes the coffee breaks and lunch (for INTEROP PLUGFEST ONLY), but does not include attendance to the welcome reception and the gala-dinner.
